Physicians

Anil Patel, M.D.

Dr. Patel is board certified in Allergy & Immunology as well as Internal Medicine.  In 2016, he relocated from Los Angeles, California after completing his fellowship at the VA-UCLA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System with pediatric rotations at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. He has published several research studies in the field of Allergy & Immunology as well as speak at National Conferences at the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology and American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology. He has special interests in food allergies, asthma, anaphylaxis, and angioedema.  Prior to fellowship, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at West Virginia University after receiving his medical degree from St. George’s University.  He received his Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry with minor studies in Spanish from Rutgers University where he received membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society as well as Phi Sigma Lota International Foreign Language Honors Society.

Jennifer Brennan-Phillip, D.O.

Dr. Brennan-Phillip (Dr. Brennan) joined in September 2024 after completing her Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA.  Prior to this, she received her medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.  For her undergraduate education, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Boston University.  

She is board-certified in Internal Medicine, completing her residency at Jefferson Health Northeast in Philadelphia, PA, and is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine.  She is also a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology and to the Pennsylvania Allergy and Asthma Society.  Dr. Brennan has multiple publications within the field of Allergy and Immunology and has presented at both national and state conferences.  Dr. Brennan has special interests in allergic rhinitis and drug allergy.  Dr. Brennan enjoys spending time with family, hiking with her dogs, and baking.   

 

Ameya Patel, PA-C

Ameya Patel, PA-C is a nationally board certified physician assistant.  In 2021, she received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  She had also received her Bachelors of Health Sciences at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  She has completed most of her specialized clinical rotations and studies at UPMC and UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.  Ameya is a native to the Philadelphia area and loves to travel.  Prior to joining Allergy, Asthma, & Arthritis Associates, Ameya worked at an ENT and Allergy practice where she gained training and experience in treating sinonasal, ear, and throat disorders, and seasonal allergies with allergen immunotherapy.  She has developed a particular interest in allergy, asthma, and immunology and loves to read up on new research in the field.
